Come back in Vicenza, the second edition fo Cosmofood, exhibition dedicated to the excellence of Italian gastronomy

After the 20,000 visitors of the first edition, at the Fiera di Vicenza come back Cosmofood, national exhibition dedicated to the excellence of Italian gastronomy, catering and professional equipment, laid down November 1 to 4. An important return, that of Cosmofood 2014, that after the great success of the first edition wants more, be proposing, as always, professionalism and quality of an event which is even more of an international level thanks to increased participating companies from abroad. Open to the public and a sought-after group of food business operators of national and international power, the fair is divided into seven sectors: food, wine, beer, technology, bio-vegan-gluten free, catering, events. In particular for this year have been increased, Cosmowine, Cosmobeer and Cosmotech, areas devoted to a specific theme. Visitors will be thus able to meet the producers, knowing and buying products, by choosing between the best production of salamis, wines, cheeses, oils, sweets, truffles and more products coming from Italy and from Center Europe. During the event will be more than 70 events: courses of tasting, courses of kitchen, seminars, live demonstration, meeting with operators and more over.

Cosmowine: the best of the enological sector

An entire exhibition area designed just for the wineries, going from one lane and the other the visitor will have the feeling to travel from region to region and can taste the different fragrances of the many qualities of wine on display. Cosmowine each year sees more and more wineries interested in exposure, even from countries outside Italy.

Cosmobeer: craft beer
The industry in recent years has strong national and international markets, taking on a role so important that it was decided to create a completely devoted and point the spotlight on the world of craft beer. Exhibitors come from different Italian regions and important European areas with historical knowledge of hops and offer dozens of different types of beers, ensuring even closer to the startling news researcher. For operators in the sector is definitely an area aimed at broadening the knowledge of a product that is increasingly in demand and sought after.
 
Food, restaurant and high quality products
Heart of the exposition is the Food area, that with its 200 expositors will become a unique occasion to buy products that you cannot find easily, both for visitors than for business operators. A big menu which will be able to satisfy every needs: Cosmofood will become a real “Tasty Saloon” by offering quality and food culture.

Cosmotech: attrezzature, ho.re.ca.
An area dedicated to industry leaders exhibiting plants, equipment and accessories for the Professional catering, equipment for processing and storing food, equipment and accessories for bars, coffee machines, coffee cups, wash cups and glass washers, bar furniture and not only. The owners of hotels, b&b, restaurants and pizzerias, canteens and cafeterias, takeout, catering chains, shopping malls, hospitals, cruise ships find the most innovative and appropriate solutions for their needs.

Bio-Vegan-Gluten Free
An exposition complete, with the presence of products for food intolerances and celiac disease, biological and vegan products. In the last years more and more people discovered intolerances to some foods or married a new food model which is different from the traditional “dieta mediterranea”. That’s why we have a bigger area dedicated to bio-vegan-glutenfree, where you can know and buy products marked BIO, food for vegan and products gluten/lactose/sugar/eggs free.

Events
Respecting the importance of making and spreading culture and information, also this year Cosmofood aims at the events area. Non only purchase but also formation and updating: more than 70 events between course of tasting, course o kitchen, live demonstrations, seminars dedicated both to consumer than business operators in collaboration with associations and local school and also with some expositors of the fair
