Description
This apricot compote is an unprocessed, natural product with no added sugar. It is made using an ancient recipe in which grape juice is cooked slowly over a direct flame and is sweetened using only saba. Ingredients per 100 grams of finished product: 170g apricots and 25g saba. Per 25g of saba: 190g grapes.
The only sugars contained in the compote are fruit sugars. Total sugars: 30g per 100g. Weight of compote: 220g.
