Right of Withdrawal
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase made, BestEmilia srl guarantees the reimbursement of the cost to the customer against the return of the purchased product within working 14 days from receipt under the following conditions:
send written communication by registered letter with return receipt within 14 working days from receipt of the product to the following address: BestEmilia srl, Via Emilia 21/a 42043 Gattatico (RE)
or send written communication by certified e-mail to bestemilia@pecconfesercentire.it within 14 working days from receipt of the product
or send an e-mail to customer services: amministrazione@fooemilia.com (provided this communication is then confirmed by the sending of a registered letter with return receipt or a certified e-mail) indicating the wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, providing the following data:
the order number of the original receipt; the article(s) code in the event of partial withdrawal;
bank details on which to obtain a bank transfer (IBAN of the Current Account of the person/body named on the invoice). If not available, indicate the bank details of a family member; in this case it’s necessary to specify authorisation to credit the amount on this account;
the product must be returned, at the most within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, in the same conditions in which it was shipped, in the same packaging, not damaged and not used. In the event of sealed products the item must be sent without the seal applied by the producer having been removed.
pack the products in such a way as to prevent any damage.
shipping costs are at your expense and all returns are under your responsibility until the package arrives at our warehouse.
times for bank transfer to the customer: if the above-indicated procedure is followed we will arrange to credit the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods (art. 5, paragraph 6, Leg. Dec. no. 185 of 22/05/1999).
