Shipping times and costs
BestEmilia srl delivers by Courier directly to the domicile indicated by the customers upon making the order.
Depending on the area of destination of the goods, deliveries occur in a period of time that varies from 48 to 72 hours. In proximity to bank holidays, delivery times may be longer. The carriers do not make deliveries on the days 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or at weekends.

BestEmilia carries out deliveries throughout the Italian territory using leading companies specialised in integrated logistics.
SHIPMENT COSTS
The prices shown are valid only for Italy and include VAT, containers and packaging.
Delivery to the Customer’s domicile is included in the price shown
• for all orders in Italy (except Calabria, Sicilia and Sardinia), the contribution to delivery expenses is 9.00 euros.
• for orders in Calabria, Sicilia and Sardinia the contribution to delivery expenses is 10.00 euros.
• for orders greater than 150 euros delivery is free
WHAT TO DO UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the product on the part of the courier/postal service, check that:
• the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the shipping document
• the identity and quality of the products indicated on the packages corresponds to that shown on the invoice
• the packages are complete and are not damaged or wet or otherwise spoilt
• the receipt for the package should be kept
If the number of packages does not correspond to your order or the packaging is damaged, it’s necessary to refer the problem to the carrier.
