Agro di mosto truly is a vinegar made from cooked must. Grape must is cooked using traditional methods, slowly fermented and then acidified in large barrels. Natural oxidisation involves hundreds of uncontrollable variables, making it impossible to predict the end result. The craftsmanship that goes into this process produces unique results. Agro mosto is bottled when very young to retain the fruity fragrances and fresh acidity. Choose a 100ml or 250ml bottle.
